All pricing is transparently displayed on the E-Studio AI website and is listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees), unless otherwise stated.

1.3 Institutional / School Integration Plan

Custom pricing applies to schools and organizations requiring additional functionality or scalable deployment, including:

• Custom dashboards
• Administrative controls
• Scalable deployment

Institutional pricing is provided following consultation and assessment of the organization's requirements.

1.4 Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance.
• Payments are processed through secure banking and payment gateways.
• Access to paid services is activated after successful payment confirmation.
• Subscriptions must be renewed to maintain uninterrupted access.

1.5 Pricing Changes

• E-Studio AI reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
• Price changes will not affect an already active subscription during its current billing period.
• Updated pricing will apply at the time of renewal.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of E-Studio AI's services, refunds are limited and are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2.1 Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental payment
• Technical issues preventing access that remain unresolved within 3–5 working days
• Unauthorized transactions reported within 48 hours

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Partial or full usage of subscription features
• Failure to use the platform after activation
• Dissatisfaction based on expectations that are not aligned with the features or services listed on the website

3. Free Trial & Free Access

• Free plans and trial features are provided to allow users to evaluate the platform before purchasing.
• Once a paid plan is activated, the refund policy outlined above applies.

4. Service Access & Usage

• Access is granted to the registered user account and is non-transferable.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
• Misuse, abuse, unauthorized access, or violation of E-Studio AI policies may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
