1.4 Payment Terms

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
2.1 Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be approved only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate or accidental payment
- Technical issues preventing access that remain unresolved within 3–5 working days
- Unauthorized transactions reported within 48 hours
2.2 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial or full usage of subscription features
- Failure to use the platform after activation
- Dissatisfaction based on expectations not aligned with listed features
